Become the person you want to be!

A learning map to grow into your most confident self

No one’s born with an inbuilt sense of self-confidence. It’s a skill, and like any other, it must be learned, honed, and applied.

It’s never too late to become the best version of yourself. To live in alignment with your true self and dare to achieve your dreams. Use this learning map to get started.

Most of us were taught to be selfless as children, but consider self-care an important investment in yourself. Confidence is the natural effect of good physical and mental health.

Happiness is nourishing so do what makes you happy - schedule at least 15 minutes a day for it! Keep this feeling going by rewarding yourself after an achievement.

The best way to prove to yourself that you can get stuff done is by… getting stuff done!

Ask yourself the magic question: What can I do now to make my life easier later? Figure out the process that works for you and you’ll be able to finish the important before it becomes urgent.

Stress knocks your body off balance. Physiologically, you start to release more stress hormones into your bloodstream (cortisol, adrenaline). Biologically, you start to use up your glucose stores. Mentally, you go into fight-or-flight mode. Your confidence is shaken, you’re not sure if you can do this. Ground yourself in the present moment. Breathe, focus on something you can smell, something you can taste, or something you can see. Allow yourself to relax into your experience and you’ll regain clarity.
