Workout consistently

Instructions

  1. Discover what movement activities you like to do.
Maybe it’s a sport you liked as a teen, a group fitness class, or perhaps you want to try a new kind of workout that you may find a liking for.

  2. Set a regular schedule for your workouts.
Make sure to set a time that’s most convenient to you so that you can commit to it consistently.

  3. Take action!
Rain or snow, just get moving!

  4. Find and correct resistance.
Starting any new habit will trigger resistance. When you feel unmotivated, find out the reason instantly to correct it. If the workout is too long, figure out how to shorten it. If you hate going to the gym, try home workouts, etc.
