Choose happiness.


  1. Remind yourself that happiness is not achieved through sensory gratification.
    Enjoy satisfying your needs through sensory pleasures, but don't bind your happiness to them.

  2. Find happiness in positive feelings about life and other people.
    Meditate about caring and compassion for other people, and try to feel love and empathy for others - this will give you pleasant feelings for the whole day.

  3. Receive happiness through giving.
    Do something nice for somebody, and you will be rewarded with wonderful positive feelings.
