Use these three elements to build a tribe.

Usually, organizations focus only on the third tactic, forgetting about the first two. To reach the full potential of the tribe, there have to be common goals, a desire to change, and effective communication between the members.

Instructions

  1. Transform the shared interest into a passionate goal and the desire to change.
Craft a narrative that tells a story about who we are and the future we’re trying to build.

  2. Provide tools for tribe members to communicate more effectively.
There must be a connection between and among the leader and the tribe.

  3. Leverage the tribe to grow and gain new members.
The tribe must have something to do—the fewer limits, the better.
