Use sleep to your maximum advantage


  1. Pause and reflect on your attitude toward sleep.
    Ask yourself, ‘When, where, and how do I sleep?’

  2. Develop a consistent sleeping pattern and stick to it as much as possible.
    If you know you need seven hours of sleep and need to get up at 7 am, make sure you are in bed and asleep by midnight each night.

  3. Test different sleeping times and sleeping positions for several days.
    Grow to know yourself and what amount of sleep. The best sleeping position allows you to function most effectively.
