Use positive language

  1. Recognize the feeling of dissatisfaction
When you are alone, verbally express your dissatisfaction. Identify the words that have a negative connotation and replace them with words that have a positive connotation.
  2. Find ways to use your dissatisfaction for personal progress
After you’ve changed your vocabulary, think about ways to improve the situation which you initially considered to be bad.
