Use positive affirmations to achieve your goals.


  1. Identify a goal.
    Try to be specific - this will make accomplishing it easier.

  2. Develop an affirmative sentence to remind yourself of your goal.
    For example, if you want to write a good book, you could choose a specific sentence like -  “I am writing a good mystery novel for adults”.

  3. Repeat that affirmation to yourself every morning.
    When you repeat something to yourself every day, your subconscious mind starts to view it as instructions to be followed.

  4. Emulate positive emotions when repeating your affirmation.
    Words associated with strong emotions have even more power, so be sure to add positive feelings to your vision. Repeat your affirmation with feelings of confidence and pride.
