    It is a shared problem attributable to society. You don’t have to face it on your own. You should face it as a whole.

  2. Go out into nature regularly.
    Make it a habit. It’s best if you can also get others to go with you.

  3. Set long-term goals so you won’t lose your motivation.
    Having a plan for the future makes you feel protected and hopeful.

  4. Be connected with the people around you.
    Talk about similar interests, and do things that will deepen your relationships with them.
