Take charge of Green personalities

Instructions

  1. Deliver criticism in private.
Offering criticism can give more guidance to Green people. However, they may feel attacked if it is done in the wrong way. So always deliver criticism in private and reassure them with positive feedback at the same time.
  2. Encourage change slowly.
Green people need a push to adopt change but don’t rush them, or they will run away. Instead, implement change in small increments and give them time to adjust. If you are changing processes in the workplace, for example, explain exactly why you are doing it and adopt changes one at a time.
  3. Take command of groups.
Working with a group of Green personalities requires a clear leader. Without one, nobody will step forward. Create a clear plan of action and deliver it to the group. They will be happy to do what you ask, but they struggle to take the leadership role themselves.
