Stop doing the things that hinder your progress


  1. List down the things and behaviors that are not helping you progress in life.  
    For example, spending time on social media, eating junk foods, etc. 
  2. List down the reasons why you think you’re doing them. 
  3. Write down how often do you do them. 
    Do you perform these negative habits daily? Weekly? 
  4. Identify the steps you could do to eliminate those things. 
  5. Take action!  
    You’re never going to change your life until you get rid of those things—no more excuses.
