Step out of your comfort zone more often

Instructions

  1. Make a list of the activities that are out of your comfort zone.
    Be honest with yourself. You can list simpler things such as waking up early, or more complex things, such as public speaking. 
  2. Pick at least one activity a week.
    Schedule it in your calendar!
  3. Start small with that activity.
    For instance, if you are afraid of speaking in front of a large audience, you can start with delivering a speech to your siblings or family members.
