    No matter the hardships, remember that you can always begin again. A bad day doesn't have to be a bad week. If you feel angry today, don't let it affect you tomorrow.

  2. Stop the domino effect before the minor disappointments turn into a major crisis.
    You have the power to control your thinking and actions. Instead of focusing on the negatives when you have a problem, remind yourself of what your values and goals are and work towards them.
