Respect your time


  1. Be efficient with your time.
    Only 20% of our tasks produce high-impact results, so focus your energy on these tasks - they matter the most. For example, 15-20 mins of daily focused exercise can keep you stay in shape.
  2. Have the courage to say no.
    Not everything requires your immediate attention. Learn to respectfully decline when something pops up last minute - reschedule to a more preferable time. 
  3. Live as if it’s your last day.
    While it may sound unorthodox, to fully embrace the mindset of prioritizing your time, try asking yourself “If it is my last day here on earth, what should I be doing?”.
