  1. Note how many hours a day you spend on social media.
    This will give you a better understanding of how long you devote to social media.

  2. Before you go to sleep, try to remember what you’ve read on social media that day.
    If you come to the conclusion that you spent hours on social media and don’t remember much, then your attention was misplaced.

  3. Resist the urge to check your social media frequently.
    This will give you more time to do other activities you enjoy.

  4. Look around you and strive to see the world consciously.
    You will become more aware of life and the people who surround you.
