Instructions

  1. List down the habits you think you need to quit to achieve your goals.
    For example, quitting watching TV all day, excessive eating, procrastination.

  2. List down the new positive habits you could develop to replace the old bad ones.
    Examples would be going to book clubs, enrolling in classes, etc.

  3. Take action!
    Spend each day working on the habits that bring you closer to success
