Replace anger with love and gratitude


  1. Make a list of everything you are mad about
    It could contain objects, events, people, or situations.
  2. Write next to each of them at least one thing, why you can be grateful for that specific thing
    If you are angry with a toxic person who was in your life, you could be grateful that period wasn’t longer. If you are mad at yourself because you messed up something in your home, you could be grateful that it happened in your home and you have a chance to fix it while practicing a skill.
