Reduce your exposure to screens at night

Instructions

  1. Turn off all screens at least 90 minutes before bedtime.

  2. Choose an alternative nighttime activity.
You can read a book, talk to your family, paint, etc.

  3. Use a blue light blocker.
Sometimes work can stack up, and we find ourselves in front of our laptops even at night. In these circumstances, we can use a blue light blocker. For example, for Mac and Windows, there’s a free app called f.lux.
