Redirect negative energy with the Choose Again Method


  1. Recognize negative thoughts.

    Forgive yourself for having these negative thoughts and release them with love and compassion. Understand that negative thoughts are natural, and you don't need to beat yourself up for having them. Instead, let go of the negative energy and move forward with a positive mindset.
  3. Choose a better feeling thought.
    Choose a thought that makes you feel good and brings you closer to the Universe's positive flow. Ask the universe to help you find a better feeling thought, and trust that it will guide you in the right direction. Use positive affirmations or mantras to reinforce your new positive thought pattern.
