Practice gratitude frequently


  1. Make a list of all the things you are grateful for.
    It does not need to be something big. You can be grateful for even small things such as having food and water, or your close friends and family.

  2. Read through this list whenever you feel like complaining about your problems.
    Remind yourself of all the things that have gone “right” in your life - the list is probably longer than you’d expect!
