Focus on activities that make you happy
Instructions
- 
Spend three to five minutes each day meditating.
Try to focus on your breath in those few minutes. - 
Find something to look forward to and write it in your calendar.
Often, the most enjoyable part of an activity is anticipation. Are you excited about a movie that is coming out soon? A vacation? New TV show? Write down the date. - 
Commit five conscious acts of kindness in one week.
For example: hold a door for someone when exiting the building. - 
Go for a 20-minute walk each day.
 - 
Exercise for 45 minutes three times a week.
 - 
Spend money on activities.
You will have more positive feelings that will last longer if you spend money on experiences such as concerts, rather than material things such as shoes.
