Instructions

  1. Decide what technology provider will be your “content hub.”
    You need to have a technology provider that will serve as your all-inclusive “content hub,” whereby employees will log in and have access to social media content.

  2. Find out who is passionate about promoting your company.
    Survey your employees to see who is passionate about this idea.

  3. Beta test the platform.
    Get feedback from your employees on what they like or don’t like about the platform. This will help you decide which platform should be your “content hub.”

  4. Create guidelines and incentivize participation.
    You could initially work with a small number of employees inclined to create content on social media to create guidelines as to what promoting your brand online should look like. You should also incentivize participation through some form of reward.
