Fill yourself with positive thoughts and emotions


  1. Be mindful of your thoughts and words.
    Our thoughts and words have a powerful effect on our emotions and experiences. It's important to be mindful of negative self-talk and to choose positive words and thoughts consciously. Be aware of the power of your words and the words of others. Avoid negative mantras and low energy.
  2. State positive affirmations.
    Write down positive affirmations that resonate with you and make you feel good. Focus on what you want to achieve rather than what you want to avoid. Rate your affirmations on a scale of 0 to 10 to see which ones resonate with you the most. Recite your affirmations daily to help shift your thoughts and emotions.
  3. Experience the emotions with mindful meditation.
    Spend 10 minutes a day in meditation, allowing yourself to feel the emotions associated with your affirmations. Focus on your breath and bring your attention to the present moment. As you recite your affirmations, observe the emotions that arise within you. Practice non-judgmental awareness and let your emotions flow. Mindful meditation can help you connect with your inner self and shift your energy towards positive emotions.
