Instructions

    Set aside time to be still and reflect on the characteristics of the person you want to be. You can write affirmations or mantras that can help you solidify this thought. For example, “I am a generous person” or “I never give up”.

  2. Show up.
    Treat the activities that you've set like a doctor’s appointment. Consistently work towards your goals and show up for the things you schedule.

  3. Practice silence when confronted with negativity.
    Answer when you are only asked and keep doing what you are supposed to do.
