Instructions

  1. Identify your “Worthy Rivals”, i.e., people who can do something better than you.
    What are they better at? Are they a better leader, is their product better, do they act with a clearer sense of purpose?

  2. Accept that they are better than you.
    The first step in seeing your competition as your worthy rival is to accept that they are better than you in carrying out several tasks.

  3. Think about how you can learn from them.
    Remove the pressure of winning and focus on improving yourself instead.
