Instructions

    If you decide to meditate at night to help you wind down for sleep, do so before going to bed – not while you’re in bed. You can sit by your bedside and meditate for a few minutes, then slide your way into bed for a great night’s sleep.

  2. Use guided meditation to help you start.
    They can be helpful for extremely busy-minded people because your attention goes to the instructions along the way.
