Surrounded by Idiots

How to Apply This

  1. Identify whether the person you’re interacting with has Red behavior by asking yourself the following questions:
    a. Are they honest?
Red personalities tend to say it how it is. If you ask their opinion, they will give you an honest answer, even if it is not what you want to hear. They won’t lie to spare your feelings and won’t feel guilty about telling the truth.
    b. Are they competitive?
Red people turn everything into a competition, even if nobody else is competing. They’re also very competitive with themselves, so they’re always trying to push themselves to their limits.
    c. Do they value efficiency?
Time is precious for red personalities. They will quickly get frustrated if people are inefficiently doing things. This is an asset because it means they find innovative ways to do things faster.
    d. Are they ambitious?
A red person is not happy with the status quo. They are always looking for opportunities for progression and learning. They often have successful careers because of this.
    e. Do they think outside the box?
When solving problems, red personalities rarely approach things the same way as others. They go against the flow and think outside the box to create unique solutions to problems.
