Identify Blue behavior

Instructions

  1. Identify whether the person you’re interacting with has Blue behavior by asking yourself the following questions:
    a. Do they know everything?
Blue people always seem to know everything. They are obsessed with details and facts and absorb information, so they’re constantly correcting people and adding to conversations.
    b. Are they modest?
Even though Blue people are often high achievers because of their extensive knowledge, they are very modest. When they complete tasks, they don’t expect praise and their response is usually, “I was just doing my job.”
    c. Do they always want more information?
When faced with a problem, a Blue person’s first instinct is to ask for more information. They need to gather all the facts first to start analyzing things. If somebody always responds to a problem with a list of questions, they’re probably a Blue.
    d. Do they take time to think about their decisions?
Some people make decisions based on gut instinct, but a Blue person takes the time to weigh everything up. As such, they take a lot longer over big decisions.
    e. Is being right the most important thing?
Blue people must do things correctly, even if that takes longer and requires more work. They are not happy taking shortcuts and will always focus on a task until it is done right.
