Heal from your past

Instructions

  1. Recognize your assignment i.e., your personal trauma you need to work through.
Take a deep, honest look at the feelings that’s causing you pain. Honor yourself for having the strength to witness this instead of running from it. Be proud of yourself for seeing it as an assignment, which is something you can work on.

  2. Meditate to relieve yourself from your negative feelings.
Sit in a comfortable space with no distractions. Breathe in and reflect on which part of your body is home to pain and fear. Then place your hands onto this area of your body, bringing your energy and attention to it. Breathe slowly and deeply into this area of your body. Continue this practice as long as it takes to feel a sense of relief. This meditation will allow you to embrace your pain and fear and find great relief from it.

  3. Use your compassion to your advantage by beginning with communicating positivity to yourself..
Compassion gives you the permission to let go and allow deep healing to begin. The process of compassion begins with your self-talk. So, repeat positive, self-affirming words to yourself.

  4. Thank the Universe.
Repeat this to yourself: “Thank you, Universe, for presenting me with this divine assignment for spiritual growth and healing. I am ready and willing to show up for this assignment with love. I welcome your support. Show me where to go, what to do, and what to say. I trust I’m being guided.”
