  1. Leave your work on the table before going to sleep
    You can only recharge properly while you are asleep. But if you can’t stop thinking about your work, your career or problems, chances are that your sleep won’t be relaxing. Try to leave your everyday problems on your desk and look at your bed as a space where no these kinds of thoughts are allowed.
  2. Nap in the afternoon
    Many artists have nap after lunch. It increases creativity and extends your lifespan. Why wouldn’t you take a nap in the afternoon when you feel mentally drained? It’s time to charge up.
