Go the minimalist way

Instructions

  1. Look at what you’ll get: freedom, relief, and time
Instead of focusing on what you'll lose by discarding everything, focus on what you'll get, such as freedom, free space, relief, and time to spend on something more quality than dealing with clutter.

  2. Detach from your possesions
Analyze why you are attached to some things. Ask yourself why you find it so difficult to throw away something? Is it because you would feel guilty, sorry, or maybe ashamed because someone gave that thing to you?

  3. Fight against hard feelings
Getting rid of things is hard, and leaving them where they are is easier. Set the mindset of the person who is not going the easy way, fight against hard feelings, and you will be able to say goodbye to things you don’t need.

  4. Allow yourself to grow and change
Let go of the items from the past. Carry your memories in your mind - that’s where important moments from your past will keep existing. Focus on the present moment, on who you are today, and who you want to become.
