    Identify two people you see as being integrity-centered. Watch and learn from them when things are good and bad.

  2. Never put yourself in a position where your integrity or the integrity of your company might be called into question.
    Always view the customer’s need to negotiate as something you control; rather than cutting your price, change the business proposition to allow you to change the price.
