    It does not matter if it has been years since you were in touch. Reach out and make the call! This is a great sales activity to do on a Monday.

  2. Track the amount of business you receive from a customer after the initial purchase.

  3. Track the amount of business created through referrals and other sources due to the above original customer.
    If you meet and exceed customer expectations, these numbers should always increase over time.
