The first step is always the hardest—you will find that achieving your goals becomes easier and easier with each successive step forward. The most important thing here is that you start doing something to achieve them.


  1. Identify one goal that you have not yet achieved.
    Write it down.
  2. Take that first step forward.
    Ask yourself, “What is one thing I can do to bring me closer to my goal?” Then, do it. Remaining inactive will get you nowhere in life. Get out of your head and take action: Start with one thing that feels right, and keep doing other things that feel right. See where it leads you.
