Extend kindness to others


  1. Practice daily acts of kindness.
    Before starting your day, ask yourself “How can I show someone kindness today?”

  2. Give to those who ask.
    Embrace the abundance we live in. We have everything we need. Share your time or your resources with those who need them. For example, if a friend needs a listening ear, be there for them.

  3. Cultivate richer relationships.
    Make sure to spend time with your loved ones. Set aside time to get to know them better and allow them to get to know you. At work, you could try getting to know your colleagues by having a meal with them.
