  2. Choose one day of the week to give yourself a break.
    It is essential to give yourself the space and chance to re-energize. For a single day, don’t answer emails, don’t take up a task that stresses you out. Pray, reflect, meditate, or spend time with someone who makes you happy instead.
  3. Read books to understand and explore ‘happiness’ as a concept.
    ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’, ‘Authentic Happiness’, and ‘The Art of Happiness’ are a few books that are prescriptive guides to understanding the importance of finding happiness.
