Eliminate negative people from your life.


  1. Evaluate the people in your life and classify them as “negative” or “positive”.
    Think about each individual person - does he or she bring positivity or negativity into your life?

  2. Ask yourself: “Why am I choosing to be with these people?”.
    Remind yourself that negative people only bring negativity into your life, and you can choose to rid yourself of it.

  3. Put some limits on your involvement with negative people.
    It may not be possible to instantly distance yourself from all the negative people in your life. You can always start small, for example, by meeting them less often.
