Curcumin has been found to be able to combat multiple myeloma, one of the most dreaded cancers.

On the other hand, poultry has been linked with increasing the risk of developing blood cancers! For every 50 g of poultry consumed daily, the risk of developing blood cancers increases between 56% and 280%.


  1. Increase your consumption of cruciferous vegetables.
    Cruciferous vegetables include broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collard greens, watercress, bok choy, turnips, radishes, wasabi, and all types of cabbage.

  2. Increase your consumption of acai berries.

  3. Increase your consumption of curcumin.
    Curcumin is found in turmeric.

  4. Decrease your consumption of poultry.
