Develop a Just Cause to provide eternal guidance for your work

Instructions

  1. Brainstorm for fresh ideas and write them all down.
Brainstorming will enable you to solve problems and to come up with clever and rich ideas that can later become your Just Cause.

  2. Check if each idea meets the criteria of a Just Cause. Tick the ideas that meet the following five standards and cross out the rest:
    - It should be “for something”,
    - Inclusive,
    - Service-Oriented,
    - Resilient and
    - Idealistic.

  3. Finalize and write down your Just Cause.
A written cause works like a compass. And with a compass in hand, your gaze will go beyond the horizon.
