Decide what you truly want from your healthy lifestyle


  1. Write down one specific and realistic fitness goal you want to achieve. 
    Do you want to be ripped? Lose a couple of pounds? Or simply become a healthier version of yourself? Be specific and realistic with your fitness goal. Make sure it’s something you can consistently commit to. 
  2. Break your goal down into manageable steps you can take regularly. 
    If your goal is to lose weight, what manageable steps – such as doing workouts – could you take each day to achieve that goal? 
  3. Set a fixed time to perform that steps. 
    If you plan to do a workout, what days and times are best for you? Make sure to set a realistic schedule for working on your fitness goals. 
  4. Take action! 
    Achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself by consistently taking action based on your scheduled time. 
  5. Track your progress. 
    Review your goals daily and track where you’re currently at. Make necessary improvements and develop habits that will bring you closer to your health goals.
