  1. Cultivate your physical well-being.
    Complete regular exercise, enjoy a balanced diet, and ensure regular sleep. Doing them will make you feel more alive and happier and have a richer life experience.

  2. Cultivate your emotional well-being.
    Give focus and priority to your relationships: spend more time with family, friends, spouse, partner, colleagues, and mentors. This will increase your ability to love and be loved, leading to increased self-awareness and fulfillment.

  3. Cultivate your intellectual well-being.
    Make it a habit to spend 10 to 15 minutes a day reading a good book - those that will help you achieve your essential purpose. You will expand your vision of yourself and the world you live in.

  4. Cultivate your spiritual well-being.
     - Silence – Make a habit of immersing yourself in silence for a short period each morning. Consider your daily choices and opportunities.
     - Solitude – Try to be alone during these periods of silence so you can shut out the world's noise.
     - Simplicity – Simplify your life! When the voices of the world propose multiple complexities of modern life, turn your back on them and keep it simple.
