1. Play for the sake of playing.
    Hang out and do fun things: hobbies, crafts, sports, etc. It’s a great way to de-stress and take a break from work.

    Get sufficient sleep and schedule downtime for yourself to relax and unwind.

  3. Make an “ingredients for joy and meaning” list.
    Write down the specific conditions that are in place when everything feels good in your life.
