Instructions

  1. Establish a lead conversion process – Include Discovery, Presentation and Transaction stages as follows:
    Discovery:
     - Take a call from a prospect and find out a little background
     - Suggest a meeting by phone or in person
     - Send pre-meeting material and basic questionnaire
    Presentation:
     - Present an internal seminar
     - Determine the next step
     - Send follow-up education materials and the agreement
    Transaction:
     - Conduct a new customer meeting
     - Add surprise to the equation
     - Initiate follow-up education

  2. Create your customer kit – Develop the customer kit with the seven components outlined to give to your client following the transaction process.

  3. Surprise and delight – Add a bonus feature to your initial transaction process.

  4. Develop a social media conversion system - Create value and a reason for someone who encounters your business on social media to want to know more.

  5. Customer service plan – Ensure product, process, service or results match the marketing promised.
