Clear your soul with love, gratitude, and healthy values

Instructions

  1. Develop a strong moral compass
    Define what are your values and judge your actions by them.

  2. Let go of envy, jealousy, and harmful desires
    When these feelings pop up in you, remind yourself these are not the values you want to follow.

  3. Come to terms with your childhood hurts
    Recall all painful memories from your childhood. Accept that all those events resulted in your present self. They were essential for your growth. If you accept this, it will be easier to come to terms with them.

  4. Practice gratitude and appreciation for the world around you
    Start a gratitude journal or just say what you are grateful for out loud every day.

  5. Cultivate relationships and love in your life
    Do not neglect your friends and relatives. Spend quality time with them.

  6. Place belief and control in the hands of something larger than you
    If you accept that you can’t control everything around you then you can prevent yourself from more suffering.

  7. Find love in what you already have
    Understand that the unchecked pursuit of more ends only in bankruptcy.
