Become an early adopter of longevity innovations

Instructions

  1. Know your biomarkers.
You can get clarity on exactly what is going on inside your body by having your biomarkers analyzed through a service such as InsideTracker. You can also have your DNA analyzed by other services to gain insights into how you can specifically maximize different areas of your health.

  2. Use wearables to stay on top of daily changes in your health.
Wearable biosensors, such as rings or watches, are available now and can track your heart rate, body temperature, movement, stress levels, sleep quality, and other parameters. Having access to this data allows you to see what is working (or not) for you. This data allows you to make informed decisions about your health on a daily basis, such as diet, exercise, rest, and recovery.

  3. Stay up to date on new advances in health and longevity.
Technology in this space is advancing exponentially, leading to inevitable breakthroughs that change the way we think about disease, aging, and medicine.
