  1. Prepare yourself for the role.
    Learn everything there is to know about your customers. Research what they like/dislike, share what you know with your team members, and brainstorm ideas to create the best product version for your users.

  2. Keep up with digital trends.
    You may find that along the way; your team lacks new skills to meet unique market needs. That is normal in digital teams; what’s important is that you’re constantly updated with new talents, knowledge, and skills needed in your field.

  3. Require a higher budget for hiring talents.
    Maintaining and expanding the team may require additional costs that may slow down the project, but not doing so can reduce the quality of the work. That is why you must look for profitable ways to find the best talent and be open to forming hybrid teams with flexible/remote workers who are agile and specialized in quickly integrating and producing value.

  4. Maintain a strong relationship with the team.
    There must be good communication between all members and the areas involved, such as planning for daily briefings, weekly meet-ups, and monthly team-building camps.
