Instructions

  1. Get a pen and paper.

  2. Divide the paper into two columns - Point A and Point B.

  3. In point A, Write down the present strengths, weaknesses, flaws, talents, abilities, and potential you have right now.

  4. In point B, write down who you were created to be.
    Close your eyes and imagine the better person you can be in every area of your life. How would you describe the best version of yourself?

  5. When you wake up tomorrow morning, remind yourself of your goal, your point B, and your essential purpose—to become the best version of yourself.
