Be disciplined while creating your morning routine

Instructions

  1. Schedule the most important task for the morning.
Get the most challenging tasks done between 6 am and 9 am; that’s the time when your willpower system is fresh, and you are more likely to finish tasks more efficiently.

  2. Plan your productivity routine.
Plan your priorities and stick to them simultaneously in the morning each day. Suppose you want to prioritize wellness and your writing productivity, for example. In that case, you can plan this routine: waking up at 5:30 am each morning, doing yoga for 30 minutes, then writing for 30 minutes, with no excuses.

  3. Stay disciplined until you create a habit.
Stick to your morning productivity and routine plan. Stay disciplined and perform the routine using your willpower until you make it an effortless habit.
