    Respond when your brand is mentioned and create genuine relationships with your customers. Focus on understanding their needs and desires.

  2. Find your brand mentions alongside competitors' brands.
    People can mention two brands if they have problems with either one of them. You have an opportunity to win a new customer or to prevent losing one.

  3. Find your competition’s mentions in a specific context.
    When people express dissatisfaction with your competitor’s services, join the conversation and offer to provide what your competitor lacks.

  4. Address the negative reviews of your brand.
    A lot of brands ignore negative comments addressed to them. Address the problem with a customer and show them that you care about what they have to say.
