    When you find yourself spiraling over a future event, try your best to come back to the present moment. True happiness consists in living the present moments, without anxiety and reliance on the future, without letting ourselves be influenced by hopes or fears.

  2. Practice positive thinking daily.
    Positive thinking increases dopamine levels, which in turn increases performance and happiness. We all believe that success and fulfillment bring happiness, but it can work vice versa as well - happiness can bring success and fulfillment.
