How to Apply This

  1. Develop trust in your “silent partner.”
    Remind yourself often that you exist on purpose within this field of intention and that it is accessible to you at any moment. Say “intention” to yourself as a reminder to stay in a peaceful state, and remind yourself that you can accomplish anything you desire by harmonizing with the creative force that pervades the universe (yourself included).
  2. Act as if your desires are already here.
    When you create thoughts of your desired state or attainments, you create prototypes within the field (since your thoughts are part of the field). Believe that your desires exist in spirit and that you already have received what you seek. Begin treating yourself as if you are already in that state, and it will manifest from the field of intention.
  3. Visualize the energy field of intention.
    Close your eyes and imagine the field of intention surrounding you. Be receptive to whatever appears in your mind. Recite the seven words representing the faces of intention as you visualize them—creativity, kindness, love, beauty, expansion, abundance, and receptivity. Keep your thinking and behavior consistent with the seven faces of intention to stay aligned with your source.
  4. Monitor your view of reality.
    Actively look and reflect on how the seven faces of intention manifest in your life. Seek to find the beauty in all things. Appreciate the abundance that the field brings to your life and all creation. Monitor your thoughts of doubt, scarcity, complaining, or low-energy thinking, such as anger or worry. Continually align your thinking with the seven faces of intention.
  5. Make meditation a regular practice.
    Meditation reconnects you with your source. You can also use meditation to tune in to the various faces of intention.
